Before graduating from University of Georgia with a degree in Consumer Economics, he worked in the real estate industry in Athens, GA carrying out marketing, property management and assisting in commercial and land transactions. He then spent 2 years with a large new home builder executing strategic marketing and land acquisitions analysis for the Atlanta Metro division.
