We've Merged!

            

The recent merger of Coldwell Banker RMR with Century 21 Simplicity/Findley and Meg & Company brings together three companies with 65 years of combined experience in the Atlanta real estate market.

Lisa Macy, founder and president of Coldwell Banker RMR states, “Coldwell Banker RMR is currently in the top 20 out of 567 Coldwell Banker affiliate offices in North America. With the merger, we have the opportunity to be in the top 10 for gross sales units and commissions earned.”

Key team leaders include Frank Boduch and Meg Thompson. Frank is formerly with Century 21 Simplicity/Findley. Frank is managing broker and heads the resale division of the company. Meg Thompson, founder of Meg & Company, joined the company as vice president of sales and strategic development and will work with builders, concentrating on new development and redevelopment initiatives.

Thompson is putting her expertise to work helping builders make wise marketing decisions as they initiate new developments or redevelop existing communities that have been hit by the housing slump.

Boduch will manage the day-to-day operations for resale properties and is in charge of training new agents who want to affiliate with a successful real estate company.

The company already has a strong presence in North Fulton, South Forsyth and Gwinnett counties. The goal is to expand into Jackson, Barrow, and North Forsyth County, Macy said.

Coldwell Banker RMR is focusing on three areas–new home sales, resale, and sale of bank-owned properties, Macy said.

“We’ve assembled a great team who realize that real estate is about relationships. It’s more about quality than quantity. We don’t want thousands of agents. We are a smaller organization of hardworking, full-time real estate professionals who are industry experts and want to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve,” Macy said.
